About the Role

Carmacks Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Bridge Division team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of bridge construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of project managers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contract Administration: Review and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Cost Management: Oversee project budgets, including cost analysis, forecasting, and variance management.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in bridge construction.
  • Education: CET or Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant training.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
