Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate cost estimation and management.

  • Cost Control and Accounting
    • Establish and maintain a robust cost accounting system to track and analyze project expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Perform regular financial analysis and reporting to provide insights into project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including project managers, executives, and external partners.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project managers, executives, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Provide financial guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis and cost control.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including cost accounting and financial reporting tools.
Working Conditions

This role is based in an office environment, with occasional travel required to meet with project teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be required to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
