About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Holloway Lodging Limited Partnership - Stanford Inn and Suites. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Culinary Leadership

Train and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional service.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to meet our culinary needs.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Staff Development

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our kitchen staff improve their skills and advance their careers.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.

40 hours per week, permanent position.
