We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 1956987 Alberta Ltd. as a Kitchen Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Urban area, fast food outlet or concession
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
