We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Jehan Foods Inc. as a Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Special Meals: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean the kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
