Career Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst (Loan Origination)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Onico Solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing insightful business analysis services to support our client's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of business processes to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and technological risks.
  • Document requirements, specifications, and business rules while providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business partners to evaluate alternative solutions and project requirements.
  • Clearly document workflows and conduct process mapping, ensuring business sign-off on all requirements.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing by translating requirements into test conditions and expected outcomes.
  • Adhere to established processes and escalate any issues as needed.
  • Participate in project planning and provide regular status updates to project and application managers.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both IT and business departments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience as a business analyst.
  • Strong background in the financial industry.
  • Expertise in Loan Origination, specifically Mortgages (residential or commercial).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology SCRUM.
