Process Improvement Consultant

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through process optimization and analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Process Analysis and Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization.
- Analytics and Reporting: Design, develop, and implement analytics and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
- Process Management and Transformation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of process management and transformation initiatives.
- Metrics and KPIs: Define, develop, and monitor metrics and KPIs to measure process performance and drive improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Process Documentation and Maintenance: Develop and maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Analysis: 5 years of experience in process analysis and optimization.
- Data Analysis: 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance: 5 years of experience in risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Banking/Financial Industry: 5 years of experience in the banking/financial industry.
- Lean Six Sigma Principles: 5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma principles (desired).
Undergraduate degree or diploma (required).
