Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Strategist to join our team in Western Canada. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer bases.
  • Collaborate with the Indigenous Relations team to identify opportunities for strategic initiatives within Indigenous communities.
  • Assist in the development of quarterly and annual forecasting for each product and service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to ensure a broad reach of clientele for the diverse product line.
  • Establish metrics to measure business performance and recommend go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.

Requirements
  • University degree or technical diploma in commerce, business administration, engineering, or related field is an asset.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales and/or business development.
  • Previous sales experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably in the general oil and gas service sector and specifically in oilfields rentals or workforce accommodations is an asset.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
