Job Summary

The Multidisciplinary Business Growth Strategist will collaborate with the Branch President, Regional Sales Director, and Marketing Account Directors to develop and implement sales initiatives for their branch. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage expectations, develop business solutions, and create effective business plans that drive revenue growth, enhance brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and Develop New Referral Sources
  • Develop Strategic Sales Strategies to Target Customers in Key Markets
  • Achieve Revenue Goals
  • Maintain Strong Relationships with Existing Clients to Enhance Client Retention and New Sales through Referrals and References
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of directly related or closely related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
  • Excellent Professional Communication Skills (Phone, Interpersonal, Written, Verbal)
  • Professional Customer Service Skills
  • Self-Motivated, Proactive, Detail-Oriented, and a Team Player
  • Expert-Level Conflict Resolution Techniques
  • Strong Time Management and Prioritization Skills
