About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Account Manager to join our team at National Bank Trust Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF) Servicing. As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ETF Director in providing high-level customer service and performing various administrative tasks to respond to client requests.
  • Participate in business development by identifying opportunities and supporting account managers in growing client relationships and increasing profitability.
  • Open accounts, review transactions, and provide superior customer service to ETF clients.
  • Work closely with the Director to manage customer accounts and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Perform administrative tasks independently and resolve complex issues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Master business processes and industry practices to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with Custody, Fund Administration, and ETF Servicing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
  • Work experience and/or knowledge of Mutual Fund and ETF services is a strong asset.
  • Experience with Fund Accounting activities, including NAV calculation and reconciliation breaks.
  • Experience with ETF Administration, including Portfolio Composition File (PCF) and create/redeem orders.
  • Experience with Custody for trade settlement and cash breaks.
  • Experience in customer service and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to use collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrate a good sense of initiative and independence.
