About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our ETF Director in providing exceptional customer service and performing various administrative tasks. As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to ETF clients
  • Performing administrative tasks to respond to individual client requests
  • Actively participating in business development by identifying business opportunities and supporting account managers
  • Reviewing transactions and providing support on a daily basis in the management of customer accounts
  • Performing various administrative tasks independently and resolving problematic situations
About the Team:

You will be working closely with the Director of ETF Servicing and interacting with various stakeholders, including the Bank's partners and external organizations across Canada.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Mutual Fund and ETF services, as well as Fund Accounting activities, ETF Administration, and Custody for trade settlement and cash breaks
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, as well as the ability to use collaboration tools
