About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Account Manager to join our team at National Bank. As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ETF Director in providing high-level customer service and performing various administrative tasks to respond to client requests.
  • Participate in business development by identifying opportunities and supporting account managers in growing client relationships and increasing profitability.
  • Open accounts and review transactions for clients.
  • Provide superior customer service to ETF clients through various channels.
  • Work closely with the Director to manage customer accounts and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Perform administrative tasks independently and resolve complex issues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Master business processes and industry practices.
  • Establish effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify risks associated with Custody, Fund Administration, and ETF Servicing.
About the Team

You will report to the Director of ETF Servicing and work closely with the team to support the Director's daily activities and clients. You will interact with various partners and external organizations across Canada.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
  • Work experience and/or knowledge of Mutual Fund and ETF services is a strong asset.
  • Experience with Fund Accounting activities, NAV calculation, and reconciliation breaks.
  • Experience with ETF Administration, Portfolio Composition File (PCF), and create/redeem orders.
  • Experience with Custody for trade settlement and cash breaks.
  • Experience in customer service and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel and the ability to use collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrate a good sense of initiative and independence.
