We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at S.R.T. MedStaff. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Services, you will play a key role in scheduling patients and ensuring their satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Assist in setting up patient care services by scheduling Personal Support Workers (PSWs) based on various criteria.
  • Manage incoming requests for service initiation, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Handle phone calls from patients, field staff, and others regarding service requests, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Adjust patient schedules and share necessary information with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage calls related to patient feedback, addressing concerns and implementing solutions to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and staff to share patient and agency information, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • University degree or postsecondary education preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet, with knowledge of medical terminology and a second language an asset.
