We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at S.R.T. MedStaff. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Services, you will play a key role in scheduling patients and ensuring their satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Assist in setting up patient care services by scheduling Personal Support Workers (PSWs) based on various criteria
  • Manage incoming requests for service initiation and ensure timely responses
  • Handle phone calls from patients, field staff, and others regarding service requests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Adjust patient schedules and share necessary information to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage calls related to patient feedback and concerns, and collaborate with supervisors and staff to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with supervisors and staff to share patient and agency information, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • University degree or postsecondary education in a related field
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or similar role is an asset, as is organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet applications, with knowledge of medical terminology and a second language an advantage
