We are seeking a skilled Schedule Coordinator to join our team at FEI INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient production runs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating activities with warehouse and production units
  • Monitoring the movement of supplies and materials
  • Preparing and maintaining progress reports
  • Providing excellent customer service

You will work closely with our production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner. If you have experience in a similar role and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
