Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director, Transportation Operations to lead our logistics and transportation teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Team Management
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to lead teams.
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions to ensure team success.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Work Environment
    • Willing to relocate.
