Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Lead the medispa team to achieve business objectives, including operating budget for profitability and growth, and key performance indicators for operational excellence.
- Team Management: Build and motivate a high-performing team, promote performance-enhancing initiatives, and ensure day-to-day operational efficiency.
- Financial Management: Review the budget for the month, quarter, and year, and plan with key staff and physicians to achieve objectives. Recommend investments that will enable growth against budget.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure that various operational standards are met by managers, including standard operations checklists, accounting reports, and adverse event reports.
- Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in a similar or related industry.
- Management Experience: Previous experience successfully managing a team of employees.
- Skills: Strong Excel and analytical skills, proficient with financial statements, exceptional communication skills, and results-oriented.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
