**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our Component Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, functional management, and leadership of all component service parts, sales, service/warranty, and warehouses within North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and development of production, product pricing, inventory planning, sales, and service strategies.
  • Planning and development of sales, service, and inventory management processes.
  • Analysis of the current dealer network and management of all production development and sales processes.
  • Control and management of promotion and incentive programs for dealers and end users.
  • Direct and control team management for both operations and sales and company divisions located in Canada and the US.
  • Develop, nurture, and reinforce a culture of teamwork within the business unit at all locations.
  • Manage, develop, and control cross-functional team managers.

Requirements:

  • Broad progressive experience with agricultural components manufacturing/fabrication.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
  • University degree or diploma in Business Administration or other related post-secondary education.
