Join Our Team as an Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Warehouse One - The Jean Store. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and coaching team members to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model outstanding customer service and take ownership of sales performance and operations
  • Coach team members to be their best and drive the Warehouse One Perks customer loyalty program
  • Manage store operations, including assigning and following up on tasks, performing store opening and closing duties, and scheduling for the store
  • Ensure the store looks great for our customers by participating in store housekeeping and visual displays
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour
  • Bonus pay potential of up to $2,200 annually
  • Casual dress code and flexible full-time hours of 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Paid sick and personal days allotted annually
