Job Description:

A technical support specialist provides assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and implementing solutions to user difficulties
  • Providing advice and training to users
  • Maintaining a problems and solutions log
  • Participating in software redesign
  • Supporting users with business systems, network, and Internet issues
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They must be able to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain accuracy in their work.
