Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the operational success of our Integrated Care Solutions team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and northern regions. As a pivotal role within our organization, you will oversee the day-to-day service delivery, ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery and client satisfaction.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Mississauga. You will support our GTA and northern communities in a hybrid home, in-branch, and in-office environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the day-to-day service delivery in GTA and northern communities
  • Leadership and team development, focusing on the well-being of your team
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement key deliverables
  • Results-oriented management of the annual budget and business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Preferably a registered healthcare professional with a good standing in respective college
  • Established leader in a healthcare environment, preferably in home and community care
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong coach and mentor, able to inspire and motivate staff
  • Critical thinking
