Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a dynamic Clinical Service Delivery Director to lead our Integrated Care Solutions team. As a pivotal role within our organization, you will drive the operational success of our Integrated Care Solutions in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and northern regions, ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery and client satisfaction.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Mississauga. This role will support our GTA and northern communities in a hybrid home, in-branch, and in-office environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the day-to-day service delivery in GTA and northern communities
  • Leadership and development of a high-performing team of healthcare and administrative professionals
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement key deliverables of Closing the Gap
  • Results-oriented management of the annual budget of the division, including planning and implementing business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Preferably a registered healthcare professional with a good standing in respective college
  • Established leader in a healthcare environment, preferably in home and community care
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong coach and mentor with ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor staff
  • Critical thinking
