Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 1571717 Alberta Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our planning team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the planning team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
