We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Arora Canadian Immigration Consultancy Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including preparing and maintaining records, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Activities: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
