Administrative Coordinator

As an Office Administrator at SUPERIOR WASH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that are essential for maintaining efficient office procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Management: Review and assess new administrative protocols to enhance efficiency.
- Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures while meeting deadlines.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative activities within the organization.
- Policy Administration: Manage policies and procedures related to the handling of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy regulations.
- Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
- Budget Assistance: Support the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Procedure Oversight: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Familiarity with the following technologies is essential:
- Electronic mail systems
- Microsoft Office Suite
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 32 hours per week. The primary working language will be English.
