We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bento Sushi. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and audio-visual equipment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions
