Job Summary

Girgis Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, assembling data, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Reliability and a team player attitude
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
