We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Red Lake Marine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of automotive technicians and mechanics to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and review production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and efficiency in the body shop.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Willing to relocate.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Public transportation is available.
