Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Red Lake Marine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of automotive technicians and mechanics to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and Review production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the body shop's operations.
  • Establish Methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate.
  • Experience: Will train.
