Job Title: Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Red Lake Marine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of automotive technicians and mechanics to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the work completed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to complete all work.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate.
