Job Title: Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Red Lake Marine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train a team of automotive technicians and mechanics to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform complex repairs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all repairs meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of parts and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary materials to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the quality of work and the service they receive.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all employees follow health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate.
