Job Title: Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Red Lake Marine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of automotive technicians and mechanics to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all repairs meet our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe and secure.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of materials and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to complete repairs.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the quality of work and the service they receive.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willing to relocate and work under pressure.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, client focus, flexibility, organized, team player.
