Administrative Leadership Position

As an administrative leader at ONTARIO INC, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning. This includes implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, delegating tasks to support staff, and establishing priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones for efficiency and compliance
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear expectations
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including policy administration and record-keeping
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodations, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed
- Train staff on new procedures and best practices
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolving conflicts and monitoring performance
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar administrative position
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to train and lead staff
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows
This is a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and ability to work independently. You must be able to:

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
