About the Role

As an administrative leader at ONTARIO INC, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning. This includes implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, delegating tasks to support staff, and establishing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones for efficiency and compliance
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear expectations
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including policy administration and record-keeping
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodations, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed
  • Train staff on new procedures and best practices
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolving conflicts and monitoring performance
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar administrative position
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to train and lead staff
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows

Benefits and Compensation
