E-Commerce Manager Job Description

As a key member of the eMedals INC team, the E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales growth and improve the overall e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve online sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal conversion rates.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all online channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving e-commerce performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketing channels, and analytics tools.
