At MKD HEATING & COOLING SERVICES INC., we are seeking a skilled Residential Room Air Conditioning Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient installation procedures for residential air conditioning systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation and preparation of invoices and work orders.
- Measure and mark guidelines for installations, maintaining attention to detail.
- Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Supervise and guide other workers in the installation process.
- Utilize various hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in air conditioning installation.
- Work is physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Repetitive tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be accurate, client-focused, dependable, and efficient in interpersonal skills.
