Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Residential Room Air Conditioner Installation Specialist to join our team at MKD HEATING & COOLING SERVICES INC. The ideal candidate will have experience in determining layout and installation procedures, documenting invoices and work orders, and utilizing hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine layout and installation procedures for residential room air conditioners
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders for clients
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Supervise other workers and ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Work in a physically demanding environment with frequent lifting and bending
  • Attention to detail is essential for accurate installations
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks

Experience:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in residential room air conditioner installation
