Residential Air Conditioning Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Residential Air Conditioning Installation Specialist to join our team at MKD HEATING & COOLING SERVICES INC. This role involves installing and maintaining residential air conditioning systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance, with a focus on working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining layout and installation procedures, documenting and preparing invoices and work orders, measuring and marking guidelines for installations, and loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Possess accurate and efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Have a strong attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads
- Be physically demanding and able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Speak English as a primary language
- Work 30 hours per week
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $$50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits including paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
