Residential Room Air Conditioner Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Room Air Conditioner Installer to join our team at MKD HEATING & COOLING SERVICES INC.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining residential room air conditioners. This includes determining the layout and installation procedures, documenting and preparing invoices and work orders, measuring and marking guidelines for installations, preparing and maintaining work materials and supplies, loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment, supervising other workers, and utilizing hand and power tools.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The ideal candidate will be physically demanding, with attention to detail, and able to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks. They will also possess accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability, with a strong team player attitude.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 hours per week
