Residential Room Air Conditioner Installation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Residential Room Air Conditioner Installation Specialist to join our team at MKD HEATING & COOLING SERVICES INC. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing residential room air conditioners and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain residential room air conditioners, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Documentation and Communication: Document and prepare invoices and work orders, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Worksite Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, and load and unload trucks with equipment and supplies.
- Supervision and Teamwork: Supervise other workers and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in installing residential room air conditioners.
- Physical Demands: The job requires physical demands, including handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will be accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient in interpersonal skills, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Conditions:
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
