Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.

Lead by Example

Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service, food quality, and teamwork.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for a team player with excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
