About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our Financial Markets team, where you will work closely with business units involved in over-the-counter derivatives transactions. Your primary focus will be on monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including those from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), the l'Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), and other relevant agencies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Optimizing processes to minimize risks and ensure efficiency;
  • Collaborating with business units to develop solutions that meet regulatory requirements;
  • Participating in cross-functional investigations and assessments to improve control environments;
  • Ensuring maintenance of first-line-of-defense policies and procedures;
  • Performing daily surveillance of breach monitoring tools;
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 6-10 years of relevant experience;
  • A strong understanding of financial markets activities, products, and structures;
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex financial concepts;
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish lasting working relationships;
  • Experience working within a financial regulatory organization or managing operational or regulatory risk;
