Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Manager to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product lines, OEM requirements, and financing options.
- Provide customers with expert advice and guidance on vehicle purchases, financing, and insurance.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Lead and support sales employees in achieving their sales targets, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and corporate policies, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- OMVIC license is an asset.
- Working knowledge of automotive sales and financing aspects.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
