Job Title: Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by selling vehicles and providing excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • OMVIC license is an asset
  • Working knowledge of automotive sales and financing aspects
  • Self-motivated, energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
  • Above average computer skills and technically savvy
