Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product lines, including automotive, recreational vehicle, powersport, and marine products.
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance options to customers, providing thorough explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Process cash, financing, and leasing deals accurately, securing approvals through financial sources sanctioned by management.
- Track and report performance metrics, ensuring alignment with sales targets and dealership goals.
- Exceed customer expectations through exceptional customer service and follow-up, fostering a positive reputation for our dealership.
- Train and support sales employees on accuracy of PBS and other paperwork requirements, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Contribute to a professional work environment by attending and participating in daily and weekly departmental meetings.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and corporate policies, as well as governmental, OMVIC, MVDA, CPA, and Bank requirements.
- Effectively resolve outstanding customer complaints, promoting a culture of customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- OMVIC license is an asset.
- Working knowledge of automotive sales and financing aspects.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills.
- Above-average computer skills and technical savvy.
