Highly Skilled Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lekker Food Distributors Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in an office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Open and distribute mail and other materials in a timely manner.
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our team members.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately and professionally.
- Respond to electronic enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Work Environment and Physical DemandsThis role requires the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and time management.
