Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Plaza Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandising and Sales: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring optimal product placement and pricing strategies.
- Store Operations: Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Support for Veterans: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
