Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Plaza Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Merchandising: Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring our store remains stocked with a wide range of products.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Community Involvement: Participate in community programs and initiatives that support newcomers, youth employment, and Indigenous people, demonstrating our commitment to social responsibility.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week
