Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Plaza Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people
- Work a permanent schedule of 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
- Communicate effectively in English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
