Maintenance Operations Coordinator

At Tolko Industries, we are committed to ensuring the safe and sustainable operation of our mill. We are seeking a skilled Weekend Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a leader who can plan and execute maintenance operations to ensure optimal mill performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for building regular and turnaround/shutdown maintenance plans, ensuring staffing, tools, equipment, and materials are in place, and leveraging stores/spare parts management processes to best utilize resources.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Saturday Cleanup Crew
- Partner with departments across the mill to deliver excellent customer service
- Minimum two years' experience in mechanical and electrical trades maintenance and repair work in industrial plants or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience in a leadership role
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- A competitive salary based on skills and experience ($80,000 - $110,000)
