We are looking for an experienced Digital Art Director to join our team.


The successful candidate will have a strong background in 3D art and animation, with experience in leading teams and managing projects from concept to delivery.


About the role:



  • Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations that exceed client expectations.
  • Lead a team of artists to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Mentor junior artists to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience in 3D art and animation.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, Unity3D, and Blender.
